Once an order has been placed it approximately takes Stainus.com, 2-3 business days to process an order. The processing time is subject to change if there are any complications with the order.

Regular Orders take 5-8 Days to Arrive.

Custom Orders take 3-4 Weeks to Arrive. Once a Custom Ordered has been confirmed refunds will not be allowed.

USPS EXPRESS - $6.90 (3-4 days)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 3-6 Days via DHL/UPS - Calculated at Checkout

Customers may be charged Duties & Taxes based on countries policy, *STAINUS is not liable for paying Duties & Taxes

Duties & Taxes do not apply towards free shipping promotion. Please allow an additional five to eleven business days for processing of international orders.

Please be sure to check the size and color of the item before you make your purchase to insure it is right for you. All items are final sale and not eligible for an exchange or return. We quality check every product and carefully pack every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.

Damages/Faulty Items
